Shipping Policy

Processing times

We prepare and ship all orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Every order receives a tracking number once dispatched.

Order cut-off: orders placed after 17:00 GMT are processed the next business day.

Shipping costs

All orders to the United Kingdom include free standard shipping.

Delivery times (UK)

Free standard shipping: 5 to 8 business days

Carriers

Depending on availability, your order may ship with Royal Mail, DPD, DHL, UPS, Evri or FedEx.

Use your tracking number or order number to follow your delivery.

Important notes

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs checks, courier delays, weather conditions, strikes, or peak seasons.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled at any point before they leave our warehouse. Email us at info@liamlivia.co with your order number and we will stop it if it has not yet shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched we can no longer cancel it. Wait for it to arrive and then follow our return policy.

Lost or delayed packages

If your package is lost or undeliverable due to logistical issues, we send a free replacement first.

If the order does not arrive within 60 days from shipment, we can process a refund.

Damaged or defective items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and put it right.

Continue to checkout and enter your shipping details.
Pay securely with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Apple Pay or Google Pay.

You will automatically receive an order confirmation email.
